Invitation to join PrestaShop Hosting

Before you start your journey with PrestaShop Hosting, you will receive an invitation via email. This invitation will be sent to you by the PrestaShop Hosting team after the creation of your project.

Make sure to check your inbox, including the spam folder.

Open Invitation : Click on the link provided in the invitation to begin the process of creating your PrestaShop Hosting account.

Creating your Account at PS Hosting

Once you receive the invitation, follow these steps to create your account on PrestaShop Hosting.

1. Access to the Registration Form : Click on the invitation link to access the registration form. Complete the required fields with your personal information.
2. Choice of Password : Set a strong password.
3. Account Validation and Creation : Click on the validation button to create your PrestaShop Hosting account.

Configure your PS Hosting account

Now that you've created your account, customize it to your specific needs.

Profile Configuration: Go to your account settings and configure your profile.

Personal information

In the personal information section you can change your login account settings (last name, first name and password).

Security

Via the Security tab, you can enable double authentication on your account.

Generate and add your public SSH key

To log in to your application using SSH keys, you need two keys:

• A private key that you must keep secret
• A public key stored in your PS Platform account

A given SSH key pair can only be linked to a single user account. A key pair is valid as long as you have access to the private key on the system you are connecting from.

To maintain a secure connection, it is necessary to regularly update the keys you use. A well-encrypted key does not replace regular key rotation.

If you haven't already added keys to your account, you will need to generate new keys and add your public key in your account settings.

Once your public key has been generated, you will need to add it to your PS Hosting account settings in the Key management tab. This ensures secure access to your environments.
