The Password Recovery Ticket includes 

• Back office password recovery

Mandatory conditions to benefit from the Password Ticket:

1 - The recovery of the password to access the back office can only be triggered if the following information is provided:

• Identity card of the store owner (the name of the owner must be the same as on the whois)
• FTP login
• Database login

 2 - The Password Recovery Ticket does not include:

• FTP password recovery
• Database password recovery
• Configuration of native modules
• Configuration of payment methods
• Help in using the solution
• Technical advice
• Technical assistance other than password recovery.

This offer cannot be adapted in the following cases:

• You can't access your login page
• You encounter an error when accessing your BO
• No impact when you enter your usernames and passwords

Validity of the ticket 

Usable once, during the year following the date of purchase.
