Save an environment

Currently, automatic backups are snapshots and the archives are not directly usable. It is therefore necessary to contact PrestaShop via the support platform if you wish to recover an archive of the site.

Automatic snapshot backups

It is important to know that on PS Hosting, all three environments benefit from automatic backups once a day. Here is the information needed to know the frequency of backups:

• 1 time per day for the last 6 days
• 1 time per week for the last 4 weeks

Manually take a snapshot

It is possible to perform a manual backup via the BACK-UP tab of each environment. This is a snapshot and there can only be one manual backup. There is no time limit for this manual backup.

It is possible to trigger the backup by clicking on the CREATE NEW BACK-UPbutton.
