Discover ASK AI, the new PrestaShop module natively available from version 9.2, which lets you connect the artificial intelligence provider of your choice to your store to get insights and take action on your business directly from the back office.

Understand how the module works: choose your favorite AI provider among ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude, Gemini or Mistral and interact in natural language with your PrestaShop store to view the list of your products, the list of your orders, a summary of your best customers, and much more.

Check the prerequisites before you start: the ps_accounts module must be activated, configured and correctly connected to your store. Feel free to update it if a new version is available.

Master the module configuration: access ASK AI from the Module Manager, verify your store by clicking the "Verify Store" button, then select your AI provider and enter your API key to link it to your PrestaShop store.

Learn how to use ASK AI day to day: the "ASK AI" button opens a chat window in your back office to communicate with your AI provider and ask it any question about your store.
